Constant Education and Improvement

No one on our team is allowed to be a casual participant.  As a small firm, each of our team members carry a lot of responsibility and the entire company is interdependent on each member of the team.  What does that mean?  It means that we don't have the luxury of allowing ourselves to become complacent in our jobs.  It means that everyone on the team is expected to further their knowledge.  It means that your continuing education, regardless of years of experience, is a requirement and a condition of your continued employment.  We work as a team, take care of our clients as a team, and strive to improve the entire system.

Graduate Level Degrees
Certified Customs Specialists (and above)
Certified Export Specialists (and above)
Customs Broker Licenses
Operational Certifications (Quickbooks, Microsoft, etc)
